Control:
Cut the vines at the ground and at chest height. Spray the regrowth as it appears using Metsulfuron-methyl
(escort). Dead vines in the trees cause little problem and most native trees will soon recover once new growth is stopped.
Where Jasmine vines are sprayed with herbicide, they may take months to rot down enough to
plant in the area.
